Are there minimum or maximum order values?

Orders are for 6-bottle cases of wine, up to 10 cases. One case contains 6 x 750ml bottles of wine. Please contact us directly for orders of 10 cases or more.


How much is shipping / delivery?

We charge NZD $8.00 for delivery in New Zealand. We offer FREE DELIVERY for orders of 2 cases or more, up to 10 cases.


Can you deliver overseas?

No unfortunately orders are delivered within New Zealand only. We are available in some overseas markets however. Please click here for information about our international stockists.


How do I pay online?

Payments can be made by Paypal. Please contact us for orders of 10 cases or more.


What are the delivery times?

Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. Please contact us immediately if your order has not arrived within 5 working days. Our delivery fleet operates Monday (9am) through to Saturday (5pm).


Do I have to be home to receive the delivery?

Yes, we require you, or someone over 18 years of age, to be present to accept the order. If you look under the age of 25 you will need to provide ID upon delivery.

If the delivery point is unattended the product will not be left, it will be returned to the depot and a calling card will be left with details for collection.


My wine was damaged upon delivery

If you are unhappy with your product or unfortunate enough to receive a faulty or damaged product we’ll replace it or issue a refund. If possible, do not destroy the product and please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for deliveries to unattended addresses, please contact us before returning any products.


I want to cancel or change my order

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not been dispatched at the time of cancellation, your credit card will be refunded in full.


Do I have to be a member to place an order?

No, you can place an order without becoming a Wine Club member. You may like to join our Wine club to receive member specials throughout the year.


I don’t want to receive emails from you.
