• All prices are for the supply of items in New Zealand and are stated in New Zealand dollars inclusive of goods & services tax (GST). In order to purchase alcohol you must be over 18 years old and legally entitled to do so. All transactions are subject to this and all our other Terms and Conditions
• Tūpari Wines Ltd reserves the right to restrict sales should orders exceed available supply
• Tūpari Wines Ltd accepts no responsibility for any misuse of credit card details gained by illegal means by an unauthorized third party.

Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your product or receive a faulty or damaged product we’ll replace it or issue a refund. If possible, do not destroy the product and please contact us immediately. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for deliveries to unattended addresses, please contact us before returning any products.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If your order has not been dispatched at the time of cancellation, your credit card will be refunded in full.
